Do I need any technical knowledge to set this up?
Not at all. If you can use a smartphone and share a link on Facebook, you've got everything you need. Setup takes a few minutes and we walk you through every step.
Do I need to install any hardware on my van?
Not really. The tracker can be installed in a few ways, however most people simply use the 12v socket as this gives you complete control of when you can be tracked.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They just tap your shareable link and see your live location in their browser. Nothing to download, no account needed — it just works.
How accurate is the live location?
Very. Your location updates every few seconds, so customers can see you turning into their street in real time.
What if I'm in an area with poor signal?
The included SIM card works on all networks, so complete signal loss is rare.
Can I turn off location sharing when I'm done for the day?
Absolutely. You're in control of when you're visible. The simplest way is to just unplug the tracker!
Is there a contract?
No. We work on a simple monthly subscription with no long-term commitment. You can pause or cancel at any time.
Are there any other costs?
